Mr. NIZEYIMANA Kizito

Assistant Lecturer, School of Business Management and Economics

NIZEYIMANA Kizito is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Finance and Accounting, School of Business Management and Economics. He earned his Bachelor of Business administration from the School of Finance and Banking in 2008, and he is pursuing Master degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Rwanda. Before joining Higher Learning Institution, he was a Cost Accountant in Private Institutions with the responsibilities of Managing the payment of all invoices addressed to Company. Classification of all vouchers and documents justifying the accounting transactions posted and prepare the financial reports. He Joined School of Finance and Banking (SFB) in 2009 as academic staff, in the Department of Finance. Apart from assisting in lecturing, he participated in different conferences and Trainings:

  1. Training in the Executive Development Programme on International Business organized by Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in Cooperation with SFB
  2. Workshop on the decision-making skills and meeting management organized by New Leadership Ltd, UK and School of Finance and Banking (SFB).
  3. Participating in International Conference on Public-Private Partnership (PPP): Regional and Global Perspective at the School of Finance and Banking (SFB).
  4. Participating in the First annual Eastern Africa Business and Economic Watch International conference organized by University of Rwanda- College of Business and Economics in Partnership with EABEW and JONKOPING INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SCHOOL.
  5. Partnered with a Team of consultants to do a Tracer Study of the School of Finance and Banking Alumni.
  6. Training on KASNEB Examinations Invigilation organized by KASENEB in cooperation with SFB.
  7. Participating in RWANDA NATIONAL ITORERO organized by Rwanda National Itorero.
  8. Partner in Research on Comprehensive Assessment of the Manufacturing Industrial Capacity Utilization Organized by Ministry of Commerce and Industries.
  9. Invigilating the KASNEB Examinations for May and December Sittings from to 2011 to 2018
  10. Visiting, Supervising and facilitating the undergraduates’ students during their Internship (Field Work) period.
  11. Member of UR_CBE Students Union as Minister in Charge of Postgraduate Students from 2015-2017.
  12. Partnered in WDA_RP academic curriculum development for Level 5 TVET in General Business Services during a Period of November 2018.
  13. Project Manager in GTC & Associates Ltd with the key activities of assessing the project viability and developing business plans from 2016 up to 2020.
