As part of the University of Kigali’s commitment to advancing internationalisation and enhancing the student experience, our international students had the opportunity to engage with Rwanda’s vibrant film and creative community through our partnership with Kigali Cine Junction.
The experience allowed students to explore the power of storytelling, connect with diverse perspectives, and gain deeper appreciation of Rwanda’s culture and creative landscape while building meaningful connections beyond the university environment.
This initiative was made possible through the collaboration of the Directorate of International Students & Partnerships and the Directorate of Marketing and Communications, reflecting UoK’s continued efforts to create impactful opportunities that enrich learning, cultural exchange, and global engagement. We look forward to more initiatives that connect our students with Rwanda and the world.
