My name is MBABAZI SCOVIA born and raised from Uganda and a student at University of Kigali perusing bachelor degree in law in third year

Am the current minister of gender and women empowerment as well as the president of GLF [girl’s leader’s forum Rwanda] as well as business oriented person. I have gained skills from leadership because I have served as a leader since 2014 when gained my title as a head girl as early as primary six is concerned .as a leader I managed to grub different skills like communication skills, team work, time management listening skills and decision making skills

Through leadership I have gained certified certificates like

The certificate of being a head girl in 2014

Certificate of being religious minister in 2017

Certificate of being assistant head girl in 2018

Certificate of being disciplinary minister in 2021

Personal preferences

I love making new friends, solving problems ,praying ,counselling and am so passionate about leadership therefore my next step target in leadership is being the next guild president of university of Kigali and as girl child leadership has built and strengthened my confidence.

Thus leadership is not just about managing people but it builds a whole set of practical and transferable of skills
