Mr. MUSISI Abdallah

Lecturer, School of Business Managements and Economics

MUSISI Abdallah was born in Uganda in 1970. He is a Full Time Lecturer at the University of Kigali. He holds a Master’s degree of Arts in Public Administration and Management from Kampala International University (KIU) in Uganda; And a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration (Administrative Sciences) from Kigali Independent University (ULK), Rwanda. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Administration and Management, specializing in the study of public administration, Governance, management and administrative sciences at Kabale University.  He brings over 20 years of extensive teaching and administrative experience gained from various universities in Rwanda. Since 2022, he has been serving at the University of Kigali as a Lecturer in the School of Business Management and Economics (SBM&E). Musisi Abdallah has made significant contributions to academia through the following activities:

  • Lecturing in various course modules for Undergraduate students at the School of Business Management and Economics. Specifically, in the Department of Public Administration and Governance at the University of Kigali (UoK).
  • Working closely with the School of Postgraduate studies as Internal and External Examiner, Member of panelists, Discussants and/or Secretary of the panel in the evaluation of students’ research proposals, research projects and research findings.
  • Participating in the Design and development of curricula structures, modules and training materials in various areas including Public Administration and Governance programmes at both postgraduate and Undergraduate programmes following Competency Based Approach (CBA); And making recommendations on areas of improvement both in design and implementation of the curriculum based on the experience of other Higher Education actors in Rwanda.
