Professional Experience:
Dr. Kabukabu Laura Lisita is an accomplished legal scholar and academic leader specializing in international law, human rights, and legal education. She currently serves as Associate Dean and Head of Department at the University of Kigali School of Law, where she leads strategic academic and administrative initiatives.

She has held roles as Associate Director at the Center for Law and Innovation – Certa Foundation, and as Consultant Trainer at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development, delivering capacity-building programs for judicial actors across the legal sector.
