Valens Nsengiyumva is an HP Expert ONE HP Desktops, Workstations and Notebooks Certified and has a Master’s in Communication Systems.

Mr. Valens speaks English, French, and Swedish and has experience in IT & Electronics technical support and involve in digital transformation of the country through small projects. In teaching he initiated innovative technical based projects such as

1. Digital Electronic systems to improve agricultural production.
2. Sensor systems to monitor weather and climate change.
3. Smart traffic jam avoidance systems.

Mr. Valens was educated in Sweden and Rwanda, and he attended different societal change meetings through communication and exchange in culture, education, science and technology.

He conveys digital transformation leadership, Integrity of realistically fast changing of information technologies, and learning based on current and future challenges. Because of his life experiences and education, he is sensitive and knowledgeable of cultures around the world.
