On October 24, 2025, UoK Director of International Affairs and Partnership had the pleasure of hosting two distinguished delegates from SWPS University, Poland: Alicja Kotłowska (LL.M., MBA, MSc, MA), Vice-Rector’s Representative for International Affairs and Researcher in the Social Sciences Division, and Radosław Stanczewski, Director of the Office for International Cooperation.
The meeting provided an excellent platform for both institutions to share insights about their academic programs, research initiatives, and internationalization strategies. During the visit, both parties discussed opportunities for collaboration and agreed to work towards a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which has since been signed, as well as an Inter-Erasmus+ Institutional Agreement, which is in its final stages of formalization.
The discussions also included exploring participation in international conferences, with plans to initially join online and attend in person in the future. Delegates expressed their admiration for the University of Kigali, noting its impressive facilities and academic excellence. A visit to SWPS University in Warsaw was scheduled for May, providing another opportunity to deepen ties and explore joint projects.
