Shilpa is a dynamic professional with a robust academic background and versatile expertise. She holds a Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA(K)) credential, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Additionally, she is registered as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR).

Currently, Shilpa serves as the Head of Department(SBME) at the University of Kigali, where she leverages her extensive knowledge and experience to lead academic and administrative functions. She is also dedicated to coaching students for the CPA examination, helping them achieve their professional goals with her guidance and expertise.
