Dr. Kwena is the Associate Deputy Vice Chancellor Research, Innovation & Enterprise. He previously served as the Director, Research and Innovation at University of Kigali. He is also a senior lecturer and former Dean of the University of Kigali’s Graduate School. Dr. Kwena has extensive experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation, having undertaken assignments in esteemed institutions across East Africa. He has successfully overseen numerous projects from inception to completion in the private sector, public sector, and international non-governmental organisations.
