Samuel KABERA is a dedicated Rwandan national and accomplished Lecturer at the University of Kigali, Rwanda. With a robust background in Research and Education, he serves as an author, researcher, managing-editor, entrepreneur, management consultant, motivational speaker, and international businessman. Samuel KABERA has lectured at prestigious institutions including Mt Kenya University, Adventist University of Central Africa (AUCA), Kibogora Polytechnic University, and currently at the University of Kigali. He is committed to advancing inclusive education in Rwanda, exemplified by his extensive research and publications on teaching children with disabilities.
