With close to 7 years in Academia and Finance, CPA. Dorcas Kamau is currently serving as Director of International Affairs and Partnerships (DIAP), University of Kigali. She is at the forefront of our institution’s global engagement endeavors, facilitating connections and collaborations across borders. Her primary responsibility revolves around identifying, fostering and nurturing partnerships with institutions worldwide to drive forward academic information, research, faculty and student exchange initiatives. Through strategic planning and relationship-building, she works to expand our network of international collaboration, and strengthen existing partnerships, enabling our University to have a broader global impact.
She previously worked as an ACCA and Executive Programme Manager, and also specialized in lecturing and tutoring ACCA, HND BTEC Pearson courses, and ABE programs at different International Schools. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from KCA University, with prior industry experience in both Finance and Accounting.
