Our Student Counseling Services provides a safe, confidential, and inclusive space where students can explore their concerns, develop coping strategies, and enhance their overall mental well-being.
Our Services
Individual Counseling
Our licensed counselors provide confidential one-on-one counseling sessions to students seeking support for a variety of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, academic pressures, and more.
Group Counseling
We offer group counseling sessions on various topics, such as mindfulness, stress management, social anxiety, and self-esteem. Group counseling provides students with a supportive environment to share experiences, learn coping skills, and connect with peers.
Crisis Intervention
Our counselors are available for crisis intervention and urgent support for students experiencing emotional distress, crisis situations, or mental health emergencies. We provide immediate assistance and referrals to appropriate resources as needed.
Consultation and Referrals
Our counselors offer consultation services to faculty, staff, and parents seeking guidance on how to support students in distress. We also provide referrals to off-campus mental health providers and community resources when appropriate.
